Silicon Mechanics (http://www.siliconmechanics.com) outdid themselves with a great presentation on server hardware, including an informational look into the environmental concerns that data centers are facing worldwide. Discussion and participations was excellent. There were a lot of new faces in the crowd, welcome and thank you for your support. Send in your O’Reilly book orders by Wednesday of next week so that they will be in by next meeting (Microsoft – January 16).
